Named in honour of our Director, Diana Coad, Wendle's Bistro is more than just our on-site eatery — it's a heartfelt tribute to the woman whose vision, strength and spirit helped shape this place. From model to politician to trailblazing timber broker in a man's world, Di has always broken the mould. It was in the timber trade that she earned her nickname "Wendle" — and later, she and her late-husband Bernie ran their own successful restaurant of the same name.
We couldn't imagine launching our food offering without honouring the powerhouse behind it all.
